It strengthens correct muscle activation and trains for accurate distribution of weight placement, both necessary for gaining a high degree of physical coordination.

DAY  Every Wednesday.  This class will get you through the day and feel-good factor at the end, 20 min of working full out for 20secs est for 10secs. Scientifically proven to burn calories still up to 4 hours after training. (HIIT).  High-intensity interval training
