What will w do in the class Men’s fitness?
For guys just starting back to cardiovascular fitness workout using a scientifically proven method to lose calories the fastest and keep burning the longest. It’s all to do with, High-Intensity Interval Training I have designed the class to add some important mobility of the body physically and focus on balance and coordination, which regular HIIT classes would not offer. Men’s Fitness will involves some yoga stretching pilates moves balance and coordination.
The idea is to make the class a whole body workout. Starting form deep inner muscle to the superficial outside muscles.
